As all books are printed to order, I am unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographs showing the problem

Once reviewed, I will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please note:

• Minor variations in colour or print appearance may occur between print runs and are not considered defects.
• Refunds or replacements cannot be offered for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
• Digital products, downloads, and audio content are non-refundable once purchased.
