By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. Orders may be cancelled if incorrect information is supplied or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Products available through this website may include:

Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible, although slight variations may occur.

Print-on-Demand Books

Many books are printed to order through fulfilment partners.

As books are produced specifically for each customer, orders cannot usually be cancelled once production has begun.

Please refer to the Returns & Refunds Policy for information regarding damaged or defective items.

Digital Products

Digital downloads and audio products are supplied electronically after purchase.

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

Digital products are licensed for personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, resold, copied, or uploaded elsewhere without permission.

Intellectual Property

All books, stories, artwork, audio content, photographs, branding, and website content remain the intellectual property of L. A. Lovell unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Pricing

Prices may be updated at any time.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, I reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Communication

I aim to respond to enquiries within 2–3 business days.

Response times may occasionally be longer during holidays, travel, or periods of high demand.

Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, abusive behaviour, harassment, or misuse of the website.

Circumstances Beyond My Control

Occasionally delays may occur due to events outside my control, including postal disruptions, supplier issues, technical failures, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If this happens, I will do my best to keep customers informed and resolve issues fairly.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability relating to any purchase shall be limited to the amount paid for the product concerned.
